And the award goes to...As we begin (slowly, but surely!) easing our way into 2022, it seems only appropriate to look back at the best of 2021. The most stellar films were commemorated via the Oscars; the best in TV recognised through the Emmy Awards; and now, it seems, the biggest and brightest within the American music sphere are being commended with the American Music Awards. But that’s not all there is to it. Beyond celebrating said terrific musical talents of 2021, we’re also granting our own awards — for those who showed up sporting the best face paint, that is.
