Saint Laurent isn’t a stranger to show-stopping collection reveals —  circa spring 2018 featuring the Eiffel Tower in the background. Well, artistic director Anthony Vaccarello is bent on carrying the torch with this year being no different. Fresh off from launching their new 70’s-inspired denim line, comes the house’s spring/summer 2022 menswear collection with a live show in Venice on July 14.

The show is set to feature a large-scale site-specific installation by artist Doug Artisen, commissioned by Vaccarello. The artwork will set the stage for the runway. “As a result of the collaboration between Anthony and Doug, a new cultural destination, which synthesizes interactive arts with architecture, will merge multiple disciplines reinforcing and fuelling the concept of creative intersections,” said the brand in a statement.
